Autozam AZ-1

Also known as Suzuki Cara (PG6SS) and Mazda AZ-550, the Autozam AZ-1 is a mid-engined two-seat sports kei car. It was designed and manufactured by Suzuki but sold by Mazda under its Autozam brand.
The AZ-1 debuted in October 1992 until production ceased in 1994, and was perhaps most noted for its gull-wing doors. Power came from the same Suzuki-sourced 657 cc turbocharged engine used by the Mazda Carol that produced 64 PS (47 kW) at 6500 rpm and 85 N·m (63 ft·lbf) at 4000 rpm.
Interestingly, the AZ-1's chassis is extremely strong for a car its size. This is to compensate for the plastic outer panels.
In addition, its height, as shown below, is one of the lowest if not the lowest of Japanese cars. The first photo is from a car with normal height, the second, from the AZ-1.
